Walter Hill has considerable trial experience in general civil practice. He has tried cases in state and federal courts, to the bench and juries, for nearly thirty years. Cases he has handled include business litigation, environmental defense, contracts and personal injury and product liability. He has appeared in state courts throughout the State of California, federal court in the Central and Southern Districts of California and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Hill graduated from Occidental College in 1965. Thereafter he worked in the insurance department of the Automobile Club of Southern California and attended law school at Southwestern University, graduating in 1976. He has been with Booth, Mitchel & Strange, LLP since 1979 and is resident in the Orange County Office. He is a member of the Association of Southern California Defense counsel as well as the Orange County and American Bar Associations.
