Mr. Mitchel graduated with distinction from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 1987 and the University of California Santa Barbara in 1984. He joined Booth, Mitchel and Strange in 1987 and is a full partner.
Mr. Mitchel’s practice focuses on the defense of companies involved in toxic tort litigation; including claimed exposure to asbestos, benzene and silica. He has successfully defended hundreds of cases and draws on a wealth of trial experience to vigorously defend his clients. His client’s range from Fortune 500 companies to smaller closely held corporations and businesses.
Mr. Mitchel resides in Manhattan Beach with his wife of 15 years and 2 children.
