James Stanley is an experienced trial attorney and a resident partner in the firm’s Orange County office. Mr. Stanley has handled a wide variety of cases in his career including contracts, personal injury, professional liability and construction matters. Construction-related cases are of particular interest to Mr. Stanley as he has a background in civil engineering. Mr. Stanley is admitted to the California State Bar, and the United States District Courts for the Central, Southern and Eastern Districts of California.
Mr. Stanley graduated from California State University at Long Beach with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering in 1985. He received his Juris Doctorate from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1988. He has been with the firm since 1988.
Mr. Stanley is a member of the Orange County Bar and the Association of Ski Defense Attorneys.
