Marie Stockton was born and raised in Michigan. She was admitted to the California bar in 1999. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University, and graduated cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where she served as a Law Review editor. Marie is an experienced litigator, and has been with Booth, Mitchel and Strange since 2003. She was an associate with the firm for four years before becoming a partner in 2008, and is currently Of Counsel while she pursues a LL.M. in Taxation at the University of San Diego School of Law.
