Chad Wilcox is a partner in the firm's Orange County office. His practice focuses on complex business litigation, Surety law, insurance defense and real estate. Mr. Wilcox's other areas of practice include probate, product liability and construction litigation. He has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation from pleading through appeal, and is admitted to practice in the State of California; United States District Courts of California; Supreme Court of California; and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Wilcox graduated from the University of Southern California with degrees in Economics and International Relations. He was also a member of the U.S.C. rowing team. In 1990, Mr. Wilcox completed an international business program through the University of Pittsburgh. He earned his J.D. from Chapman University School of Law, where he was elected Executive Officer of the Student Bar Association, and served as Chairman of the Nexus Law Journal.
